Regular Price $150 90 minute initial session - This longer first session gives us the time to explore your current concerns, personal history, and what you'd like to get out of counselling. We'll go at your pace, and there's no pressure to share anything before you're ready. You'll have the space to feel heard, ask questions, and start shaping a plan that feels realistic and supportive for you moving forward.
