Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policy: As we strive to provide excellent care and accommodate all our clients, we require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any session. This policy is crucial for us to manage our scheduling and offer your slot to other clients in need.
For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the session rate, will be charged at Supportive Life Counselling.
As all bookings are to be paid in full prior to the appointment time, any cancellations that follow the above conditions, the balance will be refunded if a suitable appointment is not able to be booked within 6 weeks.
